Newsome kids u are the best! Especially since we were doing this in a tornado (well almost) It was so windy that day. I'm surprised we got some that didn't include hair in their face. Sorry I'm just now getting around to posting these but it's been so busy with the holidays and all.
Happy Birthday to little Elly(That's the name I seem to have given her) I'm still not sure if it was Elise or Elly. :) We started out decent but it got cold real fast. I only have one more session until I go into hibernation for the winter!

This was a first for me..the kids in the family range from high school senior to toddler and all boys! Family sessions always tire me out when there's a little one involved. They're so energetic at this age but with everyone's help we got him to look and smile for a few:) Thank you guys. You were great. P.s. Don't I have the most beautiful clients ever! Just saying.
So I was excited to finially get to do this series. Have you ever felt abandoned? Parents divorced and to busy living their new life, friends become exfriends, people you loved leave this world and you can't go with... There's all kinds of abandonment. I kind of want the feel to be like this girl's been abandoned by everyone in her life..parents friends boyfriend...she's left all alone in this house that's falling apart just like her world... I know sad right:( I intend to do a second part to this series "Always Hope" because in my world there's always a silver lining!
It's been a long day and I'm tired but I just had to make a little bit of time to post some shots of these gorgeous sisters.
It seems like we had everything against us on this session, the sky was threatening to rain and the light was playing hide n seek with us. Not to mention this spot turned out to be infested with little, bitty, crawly, deer ticks everywhere. Even with all that we managed to get some goods ones and I'm glad we did it even with all that was going on.
These kids are beautiful! I'm in love with those curls of the one boy and that sweet little missing tooth smile that the littlest boy has and the girl is just to lovely for words.

Such a sweet little family! I'm so glad I got to work with you and a big Thank you to Grandma that came along to help out with the kids! She sang and danced most of the time tring to get baby to smile. My kids are older now and I've forgotten all the baby talk and things to do to make them smile. I couldn't have done it myself so thank you, thankyou, thank you!
Sometimes I wonder if this will have any long term effects...Will she grow up loathing pictures..Hope not. She's playing dress up in my old prom dress:P
I'm still stuck on all things magical..Right now I've been going through all the Harry Potter movies with my daughter so that makes it worse.
I was thinking faeries, dreaming, clouds and stars when I took this one . I think I accomplished the feel I wanted...Wonder!
Before anyone can ask, I'm still not back doing pictures. The only sessions I have are from either rainchecks or people that I had promised to do last year and the beautiful Miss Amber is one of those peeps:)
I am kind of playing with the idea of setting one Friday aside and going out to a location and fitting as many sessions in on that one day that i can. I still don't know yet though I'll post something if i decide to.
Rebekah was along for the ride on my fairy project and afterward we got to snap a few of her:)

Here's some pretty details from the last wedding I did.
My Mom has been after me for recent pictures of my kids so today I took a break from everything and snapped some of them. Of course Brandon only allowed me to get five pictures and out of those five there were only two that he had his eyes open in:( Kelsea on the other hand is usually up for pictures anytime...the difference between boys and girls.
What else would I be doing on a snow day!
